RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Investment Scouts services
The Investment Scouts is to provide Copenhagen Capacity (CC) with identified leads in accordance with the definition of a lead given by CC at any time. CC and the Investments Scout will hereafter coordinate the work process for each individual company. Read more about our offer to you.
2. Confidentiality
Both parties are to work under strict confidentiality with CC and the target companies.
3. Termination
This offer can be withdrawn forthwith if any party wishes to do so and no explanation is required.
4. Lead definition
All leads must be approved by CC before any work with the lead starts. Copenhagen must be in competition against other regions or projects. Leads that are already known or have already been defined by CC as leads can normally not be approved. The lead must be a foreign owned company. Companies already established in Copenhagen as well as new establishments can be leads. The company must retain or hire at least 1 full time employee. Read more about what a success is.
5. Payment of success fee
The Investments Scout will be compensated based on a success fee.
Success fee will be paid by CC to the Investments Scouts after KPMG has evaluated the company’s establishment process and confirmed CC’s role.
The success fee is depending on the number of jobs created or retained in Copenhagen. It is calculated as follows:

1 – 9 employees (basis fee) 30,000 DKK

10 or more employees (additional fee) 70,000 DKK
The fee will be paid right after the KPMG evaluation. The additional fee is to be paid if the criteria have been fulfilled within 12 month after the establishment in the region.
Success fees can be paid up no later than 12 months after the termination of the offer.
6. Disclaimer of liability
The Investment Scouts will be an independent contractor and not an employee of CC. The Investment Scouts is not authorized to commit CC to any third party without prior written agreement. The Investment Scouts do not represent CC in anyway, and is not allowed to use CC’s name, materials etc for marketing purposes.
